Terezi Horns mini-Tutorial by Me >:]

you need:

-Two Party Hats [like this: [link] ]

-Scissors

- Silicone Glue

-Foami [white for preference]

-HeadBow [black, if you don't find don't worry just find one white and black spray, spray it and tada!

!]

-Orange, White and Yellow Craft paint

-A LOT OF PATIENCE!

Le Process:

1- Take the two party hats and cut the upper side [the pointy one] and glue it 'till have the Cone Form. Cut a circular part of the Foami and stick it down the cones [you know, fill down], paint both of white [for the Base] wait to dry, later use the Orange and Yellow Paint and apply 3 capes of paint.

2- After a lot of patience take both painted cones [Horns] and stick it to the sides of the Headbow, wait to dry and tadah! your Terezi Horns are ready to go

Oh my god I've been looking for good horn tutorials everywhere. I have never seen anyone make Teresi horns out of party hats and it looks really cheap. I need to cut corners wherever I can so how much did this cost, paint and stuff and all?? :U
